02What we do
A roof is only as good as the detail at its edges
Flat roofs rarely fail in the middle. They fail at upstands, outlets, penetrations and perimeters, which is where specification meets workmanship. That is the part of the job we are built around.
We are a directly employed contractor working almost entirely on commercial, industrial and public sector buildings. Our operatives are on our own books, trained through our own programme and approved by the manufacturers whose systems we install. It is the only way to hold quality across a long programme, and it is why main contractors come back.
Every project starts with a survey and a proposed build-up rather than a number. Where a roof can be overlaid instead of stripped, we will tell you, even though the smaller job is worth less to us.
