We deliver flat roofing and waterproofing across offices, business parks and mixed-use developments, working for main contractors, developers and asset managers. Most of this work happens above trading or occupied floors, so it is planned around the building rather than the other way round.
Commercial roofing
Commercial buildings rarely empty out for a roof. The controlling factor is almost never the roofing itself, it is access, crane windows, plant that cannot be taken offline, and tenants who have to keep working underneath. We plan the sequence around those constraints before we price the works.
Asset managers and estates teams typically want to know two things: what is the cheapest defensible way to get another twenty years out of this roof, and how much disruption does it involve. Our survey answers the first with evidence, and our programme answers the second before the contract is let.
