Industrial

Industrial roofs are large, exposed and usually on the critical path to building watertight. We deliver high-volume single ply packages on distribution, logistics and manufacturing units, running parallel crews to a rolling watertight line so no deck is left open overnight.

Industrial roofing

On a large-format industrial roof, the risk is not complexity, it is volume and weather. Twelve thousand square metres has to be closed in sequence, and an open deck overnight in autumn is a serious exposure for the main contractor as much as for us.

We plan these packages around a rolling watertight line and a fixing pattern calculated for the specific building height and exposure. Wind uplift on an exposed industrial roof is not a formality, and the fastener density at perimeters and corners is what stops a membrane peeling in the first winter storm.

What we plan for

  • 01Roof on the critical path to watertight
  • 02Site-specific wind uplift calculation and fixing pattern
  • 03Parallel crews working to a rolling watertight line
  • 04Coordination with cladding, rooflight and solar packages
