Absolute Waterproofing runs on directly employed teams: operatives, contracts and project management, and office staff. If you are experienced in commercial roofing, or want to train properly rather than pick it up as you go, we would like to hear from you.

Roofing has a reputation for treating people as a variable cost. We took the opposite view because it is the only way to hold quality across a long programme, and it happens to be the better place to work.
Directly employed, not agency
You are on our books, not passed between sites by an agency. That means holiday, sick pay, a pension and a contracts manager who knows your name.
Training that leads somewhere
Manufacturer system training as we take on new systems, and a route from apprentice through NVQ to fully carded operative. Supervisors are supported through SSSTS and SMSTS.
Proper kit and proper safety
PPE, access equipment and welfare provided as standard. We specify hot-work-free systems on occupied buildings because it is safer, not because a client insisted.
Work worth doing
Schools, hospitals, universities and large industrial schemes rather than a run of small domestic jobs. The work is varied and the projects are ones you can point at afterwards.
