About the role
An opportunity for an experienced contracts manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial roofing projects from pre-start through to handover, working directly with main contractors and client teams.
What the role involves
Manage a portfolio of live contracts across the Midlands and North. Lead pre-start meetings, programme planning and resource allocation. Act as the principal point of contact for main contractors and client representatives. Own site safety performance, quality standards and manufacturer sign-off. Report on programme, cost and risk to the Contracts Director.
What we are looking for
Proven contracts management experience within roofing, waterproofing or building envelope. SMSTS and first aid certification. Strong working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturer requirements. Confident communicating with main contractor commercial and site teams. Full UK driving licence.
