We waterproof apartment blocks, podium decks and managed residential schemes for developers, main contractors and managing agents. The work ranges from structural hot melt beneath podiums to full re-decks on occupied blocks following storm damage or end-of-life failure.
Residential Developments roofing
Residential work divides into two very different jobs. New build means podium decks, balconies and roof terraces where the waterproofing is buried and has to outlast everything above it. That is hot melt territory, fully bonded and integrity tested before loading.
Managed and occupied blocks are the opposite problem. Residents stay in place, water is often already coming in, and the managing agent is answerable to leaseholders. Those projects are about speed, communication and getting the building permanently watertight without a decant.
