Retail roofing is delivered around trading. We work on stores, retail parks and shopping centres unit by unit, outside core hours where required, using cold-applied systems that produce no flame, no odour and no debris over a trading sales floor.
Retail roofing
The commercial reality of retail work is that a closed unit costs the client far more than the roof does. Everything is therefore planned to keep the store trading: phased by unit, worked outside core hours, and sequenced so the service yard stays clear for deliveries.
Food retail adds hygiene requirements that rule out several conventional approaches. Cold-applied liquid systems solve most of it, and we survey and moisture test unit by unit so each phase is priced on what that specific roof needs rather than an average across the park.
