About the role
We take on apprentices every year and train them properly. You will work alongside experienced operatives on live commercial contracts while working towards a recognised roofing qualification, with a permanent role at the end of it.
What the role involves
Work alongside experienced operatives on commercial roofing contracts. Attend college or training provider sessions as scheduled. Learn to install commercial waterproofing systems to manufacturer standard. Follow all site safety rules and company procedures. Build towards a recognised NVQ qualification and CSCS card.
What we are looking for
No previous experience required. A genuine interest in construction and a willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual and comfortable working outdoors and at height. Able to travel to sites across the region. Right to work in the UK.
